We make payday easy! You provide employees' time by email, fax, or phone and we provide you with payroll checks or direct deposit services. We provide reports to you with each payroll, file quarterly payroll tax returns, and prepare W-2's.
We also offer quarterly payroll tax preparation for companies whose payroll is done in-house and can issue end-of-year 1099's.
Financial Services
We offer accounting/bookkeeping services, business start-up consultation, individual & business consultation, & financial consultation.
Additionally, Hoover Financial Services, Inc provides services to local municipalities and authorities serving as the Secretary/Treasurer. HFS also provides office management and billing/collection services.
